Sarah leads the Client Services group which supports the delivery of Pascal’s services, drives best practices, and creates high-quality experience for clients. She has 15 years of experience working with hospitals and healthcare systems focusing on patient safety and leadership development.
Prior to joining Pascal, Sarah was instrumental in establishing many of the cultural assessment best practices used by Pascal that built on research efforts at Johns Hopkins’ Quality and Safety Research Group as well as The University of Texas Center of Excellence for Patient Safety Research and Practice. Sarah has coauthored several articles on Patient Safety Leadership WalkRounds and provided oversight of the curriculum development for the Patient Safety Leadership Fellowship at the American Hospital Association.
Sarah received her Masters in Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University’s Medical College of Virginia and her undergraduate degree in business administration from James Madison University.
