Vice President, Clinical Informatics
Susanne is the Vice President of Clinical Informatics at Pascal Metrics. She is responsible for all aspects of the product line including analyzing market and clinical needs to create a strategic vision for the product. She also has direct responsibility for product requirements, data normalization and integration, and ensuring successful implementation and use of the safety product.
Susanne is a clinical informaticist with over 20 years of experience in healthcare IT primarily focused on the design and implementation of clinical decision support systems related to patient safety. She has worked as a product manager for several decision support solutions including an Infection Control application where she collaborated with the National Health Safety Network (NHSN) to define the export protocol to support the national reporting initiative through vendor products. She specializes in data integration and normalization and has a strong background in HL7 and clinical systems.
Susanne received a M.S. in Nursing Informatics from the University of Utah and a B.S.N. from Kent State University.
