Education & Training

We train client teams by phone and internet webinar. Training covers clinical, scientific, operational, technical, and management aspects of cultural observation. We ensure that each individual on the client side is educated and enabled to fulfill her or his role in the cultural observation aspect of the client’s patient safety and quality program.

Program Development

We serve as program developer for our clients’ behavioral observation efforts, providing the hospitals and clinical areas being assessed with an agreed upon plan designed to maximize the impact of the relationship.

Data Architecture & Collection

We enable the client to collect data in a streamlined manner that is both scientifically supported and clinically realistic, optimizing the process given the client’s environment. Pascal’s approach removes the logistical headaches typically associated with observation.

Data Analytics & Management

We provide dozens of reports, tools, and ways to view the data as part of Pascal HealthBench®, our web-based online data analytics platform. The data analytic architecture enables the client to monitor behavorial markers associated with risk from the clinical area and up to hospital and system levels.
