Currently seeking: Manager, Client Services

The Client Service Senior Manager will work with the Client Service team to support direct client relationships throughout the annual cycles of subscriptions and engagements across Pascal’s various lines of business. This is a leadership position charged with developing a healthy working relationship with clients, recognizing the imperative for Pascal to become a trusted advisor as clients develop programs to reduce risk and improve clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between Pascal Metrics and the client from proposal acceptance through implementation and ongoing support, ensuring that client needs are met in the most effective and efficient manner possible.
  • Diagnose client’s service needs as they relate to the using Pascal HealthBench® for Culture Survey and/or Risk Trigger data collection, as well as prescribing solutions that help meet program needs by using Pascal’s clinical systems and services.
  • Deliver training and developing related resources to support the use of HealthBench by a range of user types of the client, including onsite.
  • Support HealthBench users with explanation, demonstration, and elaboration of the functionality of the software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform
  • Update and maintain HealthBench user support resources to ensure that best practices are documented, as well as any other application being supported
  • Collaborate with Client Experience, as well as any other relevant groups, in order to enhance the HealthBench experience and product for client users.
  • Conduct quality assurance to troubleshoot issues and enhancements, or assist quality assurance in identifying existing or potential issues.
  • Be the direct client interface for Pascal, providing client support as it relates to other lines of business, if and as needed.
  • Facilitate contacts with Client Development, Client Experience, Applied Science, Engineering and other groups, as directed.
  • Build Pascal’s brand as a leader in the delivery of world class client service.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will: possess a client service orientation, with a desire to assist,advise, and serve clients and management in fulfilling their responsibilities; have achieved academically and have a track record of meaningful, measurable success; work cooperatively with others, fostering teamwork and cooperation with staff members and clients; have excellent written and verbal communications skills required with proven presentation skills; be highly motivated, able to work independently and have solid organizational skills; attend to detail with comprehensive precision; offer analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills; be proficient with Microsoft Office software (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) and have an aptitude for learning and using software effectively. Candidates will have a master’s degree in business or healthcare or related field and will have preferably 5 or more years of healthcare experience or applied knowledge.
